Art. 6.º Las disposiciones de este decreto se extienden á las operaciones practicadas ya referentes á las operaciones practicadas ya referente á la vigencia en curso. En tal virtud las operaciones de que aquí se trata y que hayan sido descritas de acuerdo con las disposiciones anteriores se arreglarán á las prevenciones de este decreto por medio de contrapartidas. Queda en estos términos reformado el decreto número 77 de 1888 sobre Contabilidad de la Hacienda nacional. Publíquese.
