El Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión tendrá su domicilio principal en la ciudad de Bogotá y podrá establecer seccionales o agencias en otros lugares, de acuerdo con las necesidades y conveniencias del servicio y según lo determinare la Junta Directiva, siguiendo las normas generales que le fije el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
