Deróganse del artículo 5 del Decreto 2908 de 1960, los siguientes numerales: 2, 4, 10, 33, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 y 41. Asimismo deróganse los artículos 1, 2 y 4 del Decreto 1558 de 1937, y el artículo 60 del Decreto 3183 de 1952, como también las demás disposiciones que regulan materias tributarias contempladas en el Decreto 2908 de 1960, y en el presente Decreto.
