º. Créase una junta que se llamará "Asociación Pro-Almaguer", que tendrá personería jurídica por ministerio de esta Ley, encargada de realizar los actos conmemorativos e impulsar las obras aludidas, junta que estará integrada por el Presidente y el Vicepresidente del Consejo Municipal, por el Alcalde, Personero y Tesorero del Distrito, por el Párroco, por los Directores de los colegios de Santa Clara y San Luis y por un representante del Gobernador del Cauca, Asociación que tendrá a su cargo el manejo de los fondos, sin perjuicio del control fiscal que le corresponde a la Contraloría General de la República.
