Decreto 2669 de 1977 · Por el cual se reestructura la comisiòn nacional de leche

Artículo quinto. La Comisión Nacional de leche se reunirá ordinariamente cada tres (3) meses y extraordinariamente cuando el Ministro de Agricultura lo considere necesario.

Parágrafo

Los Miembros de la Comisión, cuando así lo estimen conveniente, enviarán al Secretario Técnico, con anticipación no menor de ocho (8) días a la fecha de la reunión, un memorando sobre los casos o asuntos que deseen tratar, a fin de elaborar el temario correspondiente.
