Con las mismas penas que se señalan en elArtículo anterior se castigará a los que por medio de violencias o amenazas procure impedir o turbar la reunión o el ejercicio de las funciones de las corporaciones legislativas, judiciales o administrativas, o de cualesquiera otras autoridades públicas, o influir en sus deliberaciones.
