El Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y los Saberes, en coordinación con la Gobernación de Bolívar, la Gobernación de Sucre, los municipios que integran la subregión de los Montes de María, el Fondo Mixto de Cultura y las Artes de Sucre y el Consejo Departamental de Patrimonio Cultural de Bolívar, podrán promover espacios de concertación y diálogo como estrategia de integración, promoción e inclusión de la subregión y los municipios de los Montes de María de los departamentos de Sucre y Bolívar.
