De los representantes del ministerio de salud y las direcciones seccionales o locales de salud. En las juntas directivas de las instituciones sin ánimo de lucro, habrá un representante del sector salud designado por el Ministro de Salud o el Jefe de la Dirección Seccional o Local del Sistema de Salud, según sea su pertenencia al nivel local, seccional o nacional de que tratan los artículos 1, 2 y 3 del presente Decreto, con derecho a voz pero sin voto.
