º . Requisitos de la solicitud. El interesado en obtener permiso de estudio con fines de investigación científica en diversidad biológica deberá presentar una solicitud escrita a la autoridad ambiental competente, conforme a los parámetros generales que para estos casos defina el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente mediante acto administrativo.
