Vigencia de los permisos. Los Permisos Marco de Recolección podrán otorgarse hasta por diez (10) años. Estos términos se contarán a partir de la expedición del permiso.

Los Permiso Individuales de Recolección podrán otorgarse hasta por cinco (5) años. Estos términos se contarán a partir de la expedición del permiso.
