DE LA APLICACION DE OTRAS NORMAS. Las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades y responsabilidades establecidas en el presente Decreto se consagran sin perjuicio de las previstas en otras disposiciones para las mismas personas o funcionarios. Igualmente, las sanciones previstas en el presente Decreto se aplicarán sin perjuicio de las demás establecidas en otras disposiciones para los mismos hechos. V.
