El precio de venta del azúcar refinado de importación oficial, no será en ningún caso inferior al de costo ni superior al de diez y siete centavos ($ 0,17) por kilogramo. Queda en los anteriores términos modificado el artículo 4° del Decreto número 1280 del corriente año.
