° El valor bruto del recaudo del impuesto sobre las ventas lo cuantificará provisionalmente las Direcciones de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. Cuando el proceso de fusión ordenado en el Decreto 2117 de 1992 se lleve a cabo, éste será expedido por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales. Dicho valor, para los ajustes a que haya lugar en las transferencias, será certificado por la Contraloría General de la República.
