°. Retenciones practicadas en exceso. Respecto de las retenciones que se practiquen en exceso, en desarrollo de lo establecido en el artículo 1° de este decreto, la entidad administradora del fondo dará aplicación a lo previsto en los artículos 5° y 6° del Decreto 1189 de 1988, sin necesidad de que medie solicitud escrita del afectado con la retención.
