° El grupo o Cuerpo de Vigilancia y Seguridad se organizara en Divisiones y estas en Subdivisiones y Secciones, según las necesidades del servicio; la Guardia de Gendarmería Civil destinada a la custodia de correos, guardias de Colonias Penales, conducción de reos, etc., será distribuida en Secciones, y estará formada, de preferencia, con miembros del Ejército que hayan cumplido el tiempo de servicio y reúnan además las condiciones que exijan los respectivos reglamentos; y el grupo de Policía Judicial será dividido igualmente en Secciones.
