Los profesionales con título universitario al servicio del Ramo de Guerra, que sean retirados sin justa causa, tendrán derecho a la pensión de jubilación inmediatamente, si han cumplido veinte años de servicio continuo o discontinuo en dependencias oficiales, cualquiera que sea su edad.
