Protección de los limitados físicos . El Consejo Superior de Carrera, promoverá la adopción de medidas tendientes a garantizar en igualdad de oportunidades las condiciones de acceso al servicio público, en empleos de carrera administrativa, a aquellos ciudadanos que se encuentran limitados físicamente, con el fin de proporcionarles un trabajo acorde con sus condiciones de salud.
