Transición. Las entidades que se encuentren en proceso de liquidación a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto, podrán acogerse en lo pertinente a las normas establecidas en este régimen. Así mismo, el régimen contemplado en este Decreto se podrá aplicar a las obligaciones vigentes resultantes de procesos de liquidación ya cumplidos.
