º CORREGIMIENTOS INTENDENCIALES Y COMISARIALES. Para que el Gobierno Nacional Proceda a crear, suprimir o fusionar Corregimientos Intendenciales y Comisariales se requiere la solicitud del respectivo Consejo, en la cual se determinen claramente los límites propuestos y las localidades o grupos de población que comprenda. A tal solicitud se adjuntará el concepto favorable del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías en que indique las razones de orden social y económico que justifiquen la medida solicitada.
