º Las facturas correspondientes a los inquilinatos se liquidarán de la siguiente manera: El consumo total del inquilinato se dividirá por el número de núcleos familiares independientes que lo habiten con el propósito de encontrar el consumo familiar promedio, el cual se liquidará con las tarifas vigentes. El valor resultante se multiplicará por el número de familias que habiten el inquilinato y al resultado se le sumará el cargo fijo correspondiente al estrato socio-económico en que se encuentre ubicado el inmueble a fin de obtener la factura total del inquilinato.
