Autorízase la constitución de la sociedad de economía mixta de segundo grado y de orden nacional, cuyo objeto principal será la prestación de los productos y servicios de telecomunicaciones propios de un centro de atención telefónico, "Call Center", con cubrimiento nacional e internacional, con la intervención, en condición de accionistas, de las empresas de telecomunicaciones cuyos nombres se indican en la parte motiva del presente decreto.
