La derogatoria expresa del grupo de cuerpos normativos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, no afecta ni modifica las situaciones jurídicas concretas, ni los derechos adquiridos que se hayan consolidado durante cada uno de los períodos de vigencia individual, ni las decisiones judiciales ejecutoriadas que se hayan dictado con fundamento en dichos cuerpos normativos.
