El presente Decreto rige a partir del 15 de diciembre de 1968, y produce efectos fiscales desde el 1° de septiembre de 1968 para los empleados que estando al servicio del Ministerio en esta fecha fueren designados para ocupar cargos de la nueva planta. Publíquese, comuníquese y cúmplase.
