Artículo séptimo . Los miembros de la Junta de Directores, que no sean empleados públicos, tendrán derecho a una remuneración de cien pesos ($ 100.00) por cada sesión a que asistan. Los que sean empleados públicos tendrán derecho a la misma remuneración solamente en los casos en que la Junta se reúna en horas distintas de las ordinarias de trabajo.
