Artículo segundo . Las providencias del instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria que, por razón de su naturaleza, estén sometidas a las normas de procedimiento gubernativo de que trata el Capítulo II del Decreto extraordinario 2733 de 1959, se notificarán a los interesados en la forma allí prevista, en cuanto no se haya dispuesto otra cosa por norma diferente, y el cumplimiento de esta formalidad será suficiente para el adelantamiento del trámite respectivo, sin que sea necesario esperar la publicación en el Diario Oficial, en los casos en que haya lugar.
