Anualmente se incluirá en el Presupuesto la suma de veinte mil pesos ( $ 20,000 ) para el fomento de la educación física en el país, los cuales serán empleados en la institución de premios para los vencedores en los concursos anuales y en la realización de los otros fines indicados en esta Ley.
