Con los fondos provenientes de los empréstitos contratados por el Gobierno con el Banco de la República, en uso de las facultades concedidas por las Leyes 34 y 69 de 1935 para dar cumplimiento a las leyes sobre celebración del centenario de la fundación de Cali, ábrese al Presupuesto del año de 1936 el siguiente crédito adicional, con carácter de extraordinario: MINISTERIO DE HACIENDA Y CREDITO PUBLICO CAPITULO 32 BIS Gastos extraordinarios.
