Los funcionarios cuyos empleos se suprimen en el artículo primero del presente Decreto tendrán derecho a la indemnización en los términos y condiciones establecidos en el artículo octavo de la Ley 27 de 1992 y de su Decreto reglamentario número 1223 de 1993, de conformidad con el artículo 34 del Decreto número 1953 de 1994.
