En el caso del endoso de que trata el artículo 91 de la citada Ley 85 de 1915 , para que el endosatario tenga derecho a que se le entreguen las mercancías, será necesario que, además de la factura endosada, presente a la Aduana el conocimiento de embarque legalmente endosado a su favor por el consignatario.
