La utilidad que corresponde al Gobierno en las acuñaciones autorizadas por leyes anteriores a la presente, no le será entregada por la Junta de Conversión, sino cuando se haya terminado el cambio y reacuñación de la moneda de plata antigua que circula en el país y se haya verificado la respectiva liquidación.
