º Serán admisibles en el martillo por medio del cual el Fondo de Garantías de instituciones Financieras ofrezca las acciones y derechos que con forman el Lote Dos del Banco de Colombia, ofertas de compra conjuntas presentadas por sociedades comisionistas de bolsa, siempre que la sumatoria de las mismas se encuentre dentro de los límites previstos en los artículos 14, numeral 2º del Decreto 2049 de 1993 y 3º, numeral 1º, del Decreto 2290 de 1993.
