º Cuando la custodia del arca en que deban guardarse los pliegos correspondientes a las mesas de votaciones según lo dispuesto por el artículo 24 de la Ley 89 de 1.948 este a cargo de funcionarios de idéntica filiación política, los gobernadores, intendentes y comisarios, designarán para este solo efecto alcaldes ad hoc de filiación distinta a la de los claveros restantes.
