º . Al Revisor Fiscal le serán aplicables las disposiciones contenidas en el Código de Comercio o en las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen sin perjuicio de lo establecido en otras normas legales. La posesión del Revisor Fiscal se entenderá surtida con la autorización que impartan las Superintendencias Bancaria y de Salud. En consecuencia el cargo sólo podrá ser ejercido una vez obtenidas las respectivas autorizaciones.
