º. La Caja Colombiana de Ahorros y las demás instituciones de crédito podrán adquirir los Bonos de la Empresa Siderúrgica Nacional de Paz de Río, S. A., dentro de los cupos especiales sin las limitaciones establecidas por la leyes bancarias. La Superintendencia Bancaria dictará la reglamentación correspondiente para facilitar las inversiones de que trata este artículo.
