ARTICULO 2.3.1.1.6 .- RECURSOS COMPLEMENTARIOS DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE CREDITO AGROPECUARIO. Serán recursos complementarios para el crédito agropecuario los que mediante contratos, y para fines específicos, pongan a disposición de cualquiera de las entidades integrantes del Sistema Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario organismos públicos o privados y en particular el Incora, el DRI o el Fondo Nacional del Café, instituciones estas últimas que a partir de la vigencia de la Ley 16 de 1990 no podrán otorgar créditos directamente.
