º. El artículo 3º del Decreto 1408 de 1991, quedará así: Artículo 3º. Adóptase la metodología de cálculo de los costos internos de exportación de café verde, sobre la cual emitió concepto previo el Comité Nacional de Cafeteros, en su sesión del 9 de febrero de 1999. Esta metodología se hará pública mediante resolución del Ministerio de Hacienda.
