Artículo primero. Autorizase al Municipio de Bogotá para destinar los terrenos de su propiedad, situados entre las calles 13 y 17 y las carreras 49 y 50, incluyendo la carrera 49-A, para que la Nación amplié las instalaciones del Centro de Ingenieros Militares y construya el Club Militar.
