ARTICULO 44 . APLAZAMIENTO DE VACACIONES. Podrá suspenderse el disfrute de las vacaciones reconocidas a los funcionarios del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario Carcelario, INPEC, en los términos y siempre y cuando se den las causales consagradas en la legislación de los servidores públicos.
