Los miembros de la Junta Directiva, distintos de los Ministros, podrán renunciar su cargo ante la autoridad que los haya nombrado, y aceptada la renuncia se reemplazarán para el resto del periodo en la forma prevista en estos estatutos. En forma análoga se procederá para los suplentes.
