° Cada miembro de la Comisión Nacional de Instrucción Criminal tendrá un Auxiliar nombrado por él, con igual asignación a la de los Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores del Distrito Judicial. Por su parte, la Comisión dispondrá de una Secretaría para atender todos los asuntos que se tramiten, servida por un Secretario y el personal de oficina indispensable, con los sueldos que el Gobierno, de acuerdo con la Comisión, determine. Los Auxiliares y empleados de que trata este artículo no podrán ejercer la abogacía.
