Articulo 75 . El Gobierno Nacional, con la asesoría Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte (Coldeportes), de las Juntas Administradora, Seccionales de Deportes y de la Empresa Colombiana de Promoción Deportivo S. A, (Deportes), promoverá la fabricación de implemente para el deporte, la educación física y la recreación, mediante créditos de fomento o incentivos a las microempresas y a la industrias, y estimulará su distribución. Dará prioridad a la producción nacional, y facilitará la importación de los que requieren condiciones técnicas específicas. Para ello, el Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior (Incomex), para conceder la respectiva licencia, solicitará concepto de Coldeportes.
