El Instituto Nacional De Provisiones Tendrá A Su Cargo La Adquisición Y El Suministro De Los Bienes Muebles Que Requieran Los Diferentes Organismos De La Administración Nacional, La Procuraduría General De La Nación Y La Contraloría General De La República Y La Impresión De Las Publicaciones Que Las Mismas Entidades Necesiten Para Su Servicio

º El Instituto Nacional de Provisiones tendrá a su cargo la adquisición y el suministro de los bienes muebles que requieran los diferentes organismos de la Administración Nacional, la Procuraduría General de la Nación y la Contraloría General de la República y la impresión de las publicaciones que las mismas entidades necesiten para su servicio.

Parágrafo

La adquisición y suministro de productos farmacéuticos y demás elementos de asistencia médica y odontológica, incluidos Instrumentos de dotación y equipos, continuará a cargo de la Corporación Proveedora de Instituciones de Asistencia Social, CORPAL, conforme a las disposiciones de la Ley 28 de 1963 y del Decreto 1071 de 1964.
