Art. 2º Los objetos respecto de los cuales puede ordenarse la devolución de derechos de importación son los siguientes: órganos, campanas, ornamentos, los útiles semejantes que por su naturaleza sean apropiados para el servicio público del culto católico, y los materiales de construcción para templos, cuando la iglesia á que vengan destinados solicite dicha devolución por conducto del Obispo de la Diócesis respectiva.
