º . Adiciónase el artículo 4º del Decreto 855 de 1994, con el siguiente numeral: 17. Sistemas de seguridad y equipos tales como máquinas de Rayos X, arcos detectores de metales, detectores manuales de metales, visores nocturnos y demás elementos necesarios para mantener el orden y la seguridad en los establecimientos de reclusión nacional del sistema penitenciario y carcelario colombiano.
