Apruébase el contrato, fecha 2 de diciembre último, celebrado entre el Secretario de Hacienda de la Union i William Ridley, para la esploracion i trazado de las líneas de ferrocarril que comuniquen la línea principal con los departamentos de Socorro i Guanentá, en el Estado de Santander, i con el departamento del Centro, en el Estado de Boyacá.
