Art. 12. o Las capitanías de puerto cobrarán como emolumentos de sus destinos seis pesos por cada buque que entre en el puerto, que no exceda de cien toneladas; i ocho pesos por cada uno de los que exceda de ciento, siempre que dichos buques no procedan de un puerto nacional.
