° Recomiéndase de modo especial, a los Visitadores de Alcaldías, la estricta observancia de lo dispuesto en los artículos 8° y 9° del Decreto número 2383 bis de 1947 (diciembre 22), sobre investigación y castigo de los fraudes. Mensualmente deberán informar dichos Visitadores a la Secretaría de Hacienda sobre las labores realizadas en relación con las funciones que tal decreto les asigna.
