Los estudios que requiere la carrera militar, de acuerdo con esta Ley, se efectuarán necesariamente en los Centros o Escuelas de Instrucción Nacional, y los estudios técnicos 'o de especialización en las Universidades 0 Institutos del país, o del exterior; de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada Fuerza.
