MUERTE CON DOCE AÑOS DE SERVICIO. Cuando el Agente falleciere por accidente en misión del servicio o por causas inherentes al mismo, con doce (12) años o más del servicio pero con menos de quince (15), la pensión a que tienen derecho los beneficiarios se liquidarán como si el Agente hubiere cumplido quince (15) años de servicio.
