Art. 2.° Por el título de la concesión de cada mina de los mismos metales, que expida el Poder Ejecutivo, pagará el dueño de ella un impuesto de quinientos pesos ($ 500) por cada pertenencia, que consignará también en una ú otra de las Oficinas indicadas.
